We have a beautiful oak tree over a pond in our yard and several others around it. O'Neil's takes amazing care when trimming these to make them look fabulous. This is the second time I have used O'Neil's Tree Service and I must say they are absolutely Top Notch and the Best in the Area! Roy and his team are like watching artists in action. The care and knowledge they have is very impressive. There is a real difference in just "trimming a tree" and actually understanding the growth and dynamic of the tree well enough to maintain it's life and integrity. I wouldn't trust anyone but them to trim and/or remove my trees. I have very old large live oaks and palms on the property. The pricing has always been very fair. The work ethic is of an exceptional level. They arrive on time, are friendly and informative and do a great cleanup after they finish. This same friendly attitude is reflected in the office staff who are very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. Service from Start to Finish! Life is stressful enough as it is, and when you need work done around your home, there’s always that anxiety of wondering, “Did I hire the right company?” Unfortunately, we’ve been scarred by past experiences with contractors who didn’t show up, overcharged us after the job, or simply left the work half finished. I can tell you with complete confidence that none of those worries apply to O’Neill’s Tree Service! From the moment we contacted them, communication was excellent. The gentlemen arrived on time—and actually a little early! They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They removed two trees and pruned three queen palms, and they worked so quickly and efficiently that I honestly looked around and thought, “Wait…are the trees already gone?!” 😂 Everything was handled professionally from beginning to end, and the property was left looking great. You can tell these guys take pride in their work and know their craft. They are true arborists and absolutely at the top of their game. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service we received. This was truly world-class customer service from start to finish. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for—and with O’Neill’s Tree Service, you get professionalism, expertise, reliability, and peace of mind. O'Neil's Tree Service has provided consistently 5 star service  over the years - as well as doing so for less cost than I imagine. But as I did expect, the services are discussed, documented & appraised by an experienced arborist - in this case Roy. (Just FYI -  don't ask for 'things' to be cut unless there is a good reason!)   What seems like obstacles  to the actual work - like massive, huge palm trees cornered by fences -  apparently is not so for these men. And equally important is the clean-up - which is amazing. Tree trimming was required to get branches off of my roof and to thin out some overgrowth. Ben, Brian and Adam came in and took care of it just before the rain downpour. They explained what they were going and they had the qualifications. The only caveat to the whole process was if you use your credit card they will up charge you an extra 3.5%.
