The pay path, we pay for skill
Our crew roles pay from about $40,000 to $90,000 a year, including the regular overtime most of our team works. Where you land depends on skill and credentials. The top of that range is a Certified Arborist with a CDL, a clean driving record, and foreman-level responsibility. The better you get, the more you make.
