We have used O’Neil’s Tree Service. We have a huge live oak tree and he lifted the tree canopy, looked the tree over totally to diagnose any potential problem, and trimmed up the tree.He explained everything to us and did a great job. He was professional yet sincere in what he was saying and gave us advice to what to look for in the feature. He was prompt and came on time. He cleaned up everything after the work.
I had excellent experience with the performance of O’Neil’s Tree Service at my previous home.This job was completed very professionally. Apollo kept a prompt estimate appointment. He clearly explained what could and what should be done to maintain healthy trees that do not overgrow the area near the house. He completed a diagram to indicate where and what work would be performed. The crew came out, using the instructions on the estimate document, began working efficiently and effectively. They stacked with fire wood and clean the grounds with care. I had to leave before they finished and some of the Oak tree pruning did not meet my expectation. I called Apollo and received a most congenial response. Crew lead, Charles, came out superbly finished the job. Apollo, the crew and the office administrative people are all great to deal with and I highly recommend them.
