We do what we say we will and get the job done quickly with ISA Certified Arborists (International Society of Arboriculture) on staff that ensure the work is done right so that your trees are happy and healthy.
We perform all tree services with safety in mind at all times. Trees are an important part of our environment but can become hazardous if not cared for properly. One of our primary goals when accessing your trees is to increase the safety to your home, to your family, to your business and to the broad public.

President/CEO

Apollo O’Neil is the founder and lead consultant of a highly respected tree care and consulting company, serving over 9,000 clients across the southeastern United States. As a Board Certified Master Arborist, Apollo combines technical expertise with a passion for sustainable tree care, offering specialized services in tree preservation, risk assessment, and community education.
Driven by a mission to foster responsibility and ethical stewardship of Earth’s resources, Apollo empowers individuals, businesses, and communities to make informed, impactful decisions. Carson has been with the company for over 12 years. He is the active President of the Florida Chapter ISA and he has won multiple awards for his climbing skills. Carson resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife and 2 boys. He enjoys grilling, hiking, and going to the beach.

Charlie has been with the company for 6 years. He is a climber and CDL driver. He helps with the safety and first aid training that we have every week. Charlie resides in New Port Richey and enjoys fishing in his free time.

Matt has been with the company for a little over 5 years. He is a highly skilled climber specializing in the complex removals and prescription pruning. Matt was Born in Cali and now lives in Holiday. He enjoys health & fitness, and grew up playing sports.
Jesse McNamara
Foreman/Tree Climber Specialist
Jesse has been with the company for over 4 years as a climber and foreman. He resides in New Port Richey with his wife and their 6 month old daughter. A fun fact about Jesse is he's double jointed!

Phil has been with the company for over 8 years. He serves as our Plant Healthcare Technician, he holds his fertilizer application and pest control license. Phil resides in Palm Harbor and enjoys gardening at home.
Rich Yarbrough
Certified Arborist/Crane Operator
Rich has been with the company for 11 years. He is a Certified Arborist, Crane Operator, and CDL driver. Rich resides in Clearwater with his wife and his 4 children. He enjoys collecting vinyl records and spending time with his family on the weekends

Fleet Mechanic
Fitz has been with the company for 2 years. He is our fleet mechanic and a man of many talents. Fitz recently got his CDL and will be helping with some of our larger trucks. Fitz resides in Holiday and enjoys spending time with his kids in his free time.
Josh Hawkes
Groundsman Specialist
Josh is new to the team and has been with the company for a few months. He was born and raised in Maine, and recently moved to Tarpon Springs. Josh enjoys being outdoors, and goes for bike rides on the ride.
Bruce Pack
Groundsman Specialist
Bruce is new to the team and has been with the company for a few months. Bruce resides a Florida Native and resides in Dunedin. He enjoys being outdoors, especially hanging out at the springs paddle boarding and seeing the manatees.
Kahlil Ali
Groundsman Specialist
Ali has been with the company for over 3 years. He recently got his CDL license and will help drive our larger trucks. He resides in Tampa, and is going to be a new dad in April!

Groundsman Specialist
Cory is new to the team and has been with the company for a few months. He is training to be a climber and is passionate about tree work. Cory was is a Florida Native and now resides in Parrish. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and staying outdoors.
