Drought protection
Drought protection
Often throughout the years of a trees life it may experience many different types of weather. When a tree has to survive in an area where the amount of water available in the soil is much less than normal, this can lead to problems. Trees that are young in age or haven’t established themselves in the landscape and older mature trees are more susceptible to these problems.
Often these periods of drought slow the trees’ ability to produce energy for itself, and and it slows down mineral uptake which can lead to decline. This often brings pests ,which sense stress, and they attack the trees pushing them to death. O’Neil’s Tree Service offers consultations to determine if your plants and trees are ready for drought and offers solutions to try and help them survive such times.
